Synopsis
The documented gig of Pick 'N' Mix feels like what happens when three friends re-meet and reimagine the familiar, with goals of unpacking their particular sets of data brought with them. And then talk about it all; Halloween, old friends, the tooth fairy, the onset of the dark winter. The short film spans the invite, the party, and the can-you-stay? (Yes, those are all Billie Eilish songs) and reconsiders the unconsidered conditionings of a queercoded stranger-danger Australian public education curriculum.
