Synopsis
The story revolves around Zhang Shuqing, a young village official in her 20s, who helps the residents of Chang Le Village in Xilan Town transform their lives and move towards prosperity. Set against the backdrop of the bayberry harvest season, the film highlights Zhang’s journey as she tackles the challenges of rural revitalization, eventually turning the forgotten ancient village into a popular online destination known as the "Bayberry Village."
