Synopsis

Dallas artist Malik Schaefer, also known as Code, is a rising star in the underground rap scene. Although his checkered past has led him down the wrong road at times, with the help of his best friend, Styles, Malik is back on the fast-track to success. That is, until he reconnects with the dangerous love of his life, Sophia Ortega, who threatens to destroy it all. Malik must decide to either follow his heart or live by the code that has served him well for many years: family over everything.
