Synopsis

Shot entirely on film south of Vermilion, Alberta, inspired by Edgar Allan Poe and blended with elements from the tales of Baba Yaga, and with dialogue from the ancient Buddhist text, the Fire Sermon, Prairie Gothic takes you on a dark walk through the prairies to discover where true horror lies. Feautring a unique ambient soundtrack from Julian Cope and Thighpaulsandra.
