Synopsis
In a town overrun by grumbling citizens caught in clouds of complaint, a hopeful hero and his trusty dog hatch a plan to encourage a return to better days. However, things seem to backfire... until disaster strikes, and a surprising twist unites the masses in unexpected solidarity.
