Synopsis
2037. The "Pacific Massacre War" is over. Both guns and the world's Fresh Water supply are scarce / extinct. Mech-suits and Bio-enhancements now provide the force needed to rule. Water has been replaced with a mysterious, manufactured alternative called, Hydrocene.
