Synopsis
Amid the chaos of a dark cattle car, a fragile connection forms between Viktor, an Estonian boy, and a German girl. In the midst of hunger, fear, and despair, Magda’s smile offers him a fleeting moment of hope. Encouraged by the advice of an old man and defying all odds, Viktor finds ways to communicate with the girl — but the brutal reality soon catches up with them.
