Synopsis

After a harsh film critic shreds his screenplay, a neurotic filmmaker becomes obsessed with getting even. What starts as wounded pride spirals into a deranged plan to kidnap and torture the critic—and film it for the world to see. As his scheme grows more reckless, he risks his relationships and sanity, inching closer to becoming deranged. Darkly funny and uncomfortably sharp, The Critic’s Show explores ego, insecurity, and how far someone will go to prove they matter.
