Synopsis
The cultural scandal in the Manege in the distant 1960s, which was caused by the Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev's ban on the exhibition of avant-garde artists, has been forgotten. Today, visitors to the Manege Central Exhibition Hall are rediscovering the once-banned exhibition. The artists from the Elia Belyutin Studio are presenting their works without fear of being banned, with the hope that "New Reality," as the exhibition is called, will open a new chapter in the country's diverse art culture.
