Synopsis
Batgirl rescues Batman and Robin from a time bomb while demanding equal pay to Robin for a Public Service Announcement about the Federal Equal Pay Law from the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. William Dozier returned as the Batman narrator Desmond Doomsday.
