Synopsis

After a childhood shaped by separation and her mother’s 22 year addiction, 16 year old Taylor navigates a world that labeled her “at risk.” Through the mentorship of Families of Conviction and the discipline of boxing, she channels her internal rage into resilience. Becoming Taylor follows this young artist and fighter as she reclaims her voice, rebuilds an unlikely bond with her recovering mother, and begins to redefine her future, punch by punch.
