Synopsis
A young PlayView channel owner, dedicated to preserving and digitizing archived television footage across the United States, discovers a mysterious DVD containing recordings of a signal hijacking incident from 2007. The broadcast, once belonging to a Mexican television channel that aired in California, reveals a disruption that was never officially explained.
