Synopsis
NSB propaganda film showing footage of the commemoration dedicated to the Flemish leader Joris van Severen, in which Joris van Severen's pennant is brought from Groesbeek via Arnhem, the Grebbeberg, and Utrecht to The Hague. A commemoration is held in all these cities.
