Kawasaki Strong 2021 was a professional wrestling event promoted by DDT Pro-Wrestling, held on February 14, 2021 at Culttz Kawasaki in Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan. In the main event, Tetsuya Endo defended the KO-D Openweight Championship against puroresu legend (and new to DDT), Jun Akiyama.
