Synopsis
Raijin Ninomiya, president of the black-market lending firm ‘Gokuraku Shokai’. With his mother, Kin Ninomiya—who possessed a vast fortune of 80 billion—as the owner, he ran a business bordering on fraud, preying on the weak (!?) as his prey.
