Synopsis
A high-octane financial comedy starring a man descended from a genius con artist. It chronicles the chaotic daily life of this astonishing man—a police officer who is, in fact, a con artist—as he swindles loan sharks preying on short-sighted ordinary folk and dim-witted rich people to make a fortune.
