Synopsis
Two exes with an intricate past reconnect after one's health declines due to a rare blood illness that only the other can cure, while in turn allowing them both to grieve for what was left in the past. Charlotte’s ex turns up back in her life with a deteriorating health condition that only she can cure with her rare blood type. After the upending of her normal life, Charlotte must face the grief of losing her younger sister, Maya, to the same disease that Mikey is sick with. All the while, Charlotte has been given an ultimatum to decide, a life-threatening decision that could make or break their relationship. She decides to go through with the blood transfusion to save Mikey’s life, while being able to heal her broken soul, helping where she couldn’t help before.
