Synopsis
When a little girl and her father meet a homeless outcast at a bus stop, the drifter reveals an absurd and heartwarming story about his days as a Clown, his run ins with the KGB, his time on a chain gang, and how he ended up lonely in Bagtown, in a hopeful and vibrant tragedy.
