Synopsis
From a story by legendary Terrytoons animator Jim Tyler, this cartoon by director Shamus Culhane concerns an elephant named Roscoe whose friend thinks he's crazy since Roscoe is able to walk, skate, and stand on water simply because the elephant thinks he can.
