Synopsis
Yoga Dynamic follows Howard as he takes you through a fluid sequence of yoga postures that are both challenging and stimulating. This unique sequence combines flowing movements synchronised with the breath. The aim of this practice is to work with your internal dynamic structure known as core strength.
