Synopsis
Lucas Manarte and Bernardo Ferro's first film proposes a reflection on the image, the public space and the ruling, regarding the installation in the city of Lisbon of a network of digital information devices. Includes texts read by Manuela de Freitas and Dinis Neto Jorge.
