Synopsis
Schengher countries have adopted one more immigration law. In order to get an entry visa to Europe, one should pass the Dictot Dictation. Rachid, in his forties, immigration seeker, must undergo that test. Is he finally going to see his dream come true, cross Africa's Frontiers for a better future ?
