Synopsis

"Sigma Star, a galaxy with a highly developed civilization, is ruled by its ruler, General Uranus, who dispatches his subordinate Hades to Earth under the pretext of preserving cosmic order. But Hades thinks that the Earth must be destroyed, but the heroic Dike disagrees.
