Wolé Parks (born July 27, 1982) is an American actor from New York City, best known for his television and film work. He earned a B.F.A. in Fine Arts and a B.A. in Mathematics from New York University. Parks began acting with early guest roles on shows like Law & Order and Law & Order: Criminal Intent and later had a regular role as Dallas Griffin on the CBS soap As the World Turns. He gained wider recognition as Sam Alexander on Devious Maids and appeared as the supernatural character Cade in The Vampire Diaries. Since 2021, he has portrayed John Henry Irons (also called The Stranger or Steel) in the CW superhero series Superman & Lois. Outside acting, he volunteers with educational and HIV/AIDS‑related causes.
