Efi Roditi born in 1936 in Port Said, Egypt, she studied at the Pelos Katseli Drama School. She first appeared in the theater alongside Karolos Koun, in the performance Uncle Vanya by Chekhov, at the Art Theater, in which Koun himself played the central role. At the Art Theater, she also appeared in other performances, in works by Brecht, Ionesco, etc. She also collaborated with D. Horn, D. Myrat, L. Kallergis, D. Iliopoulos, H. Silva, Ant. Valakou, S. Evangelatos, K. Kastanas, etc. She dealt with almost all theatrical genres and was praised by critics for her sensitivity and stage ethos. From 1985 to 1996, she took part in 6 performances of the National Theater. She was married to the theater critic Kostas Nitsos (1920-2015). (Source: greekactor)
