Karthikeya was nominated as one of the Top Ten Indian Movies of 2014 by CNN IBN. Savyasachi, which did not fare well at the box office. His upcoming film "Karthikeya 2" is the sequel to his first film "Karthikeya" with Nikhil Siddartha reprising his character as the lead role.
