Ahmed Kamel Morsi, born in Cairo Governorate. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Cairo University and then obtained a diploma from the Acting Institute. He wrote about theater, cinema and some radio programs. In 1939, he directed his first movie, Return to the Countryside, after which he directed several films, including: The Great House, Lady of the House and The Public Prosecutor.
