Warren Carlos Sapp (born December 19, 1972) is an American former professional football defensive tackle who played in the National Football League(NFL) for 13 seasons, primarily with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He played college football for the Miami Hurricanes, winning the Lombardi Award and the Bronko Nagurski and Bill Willis trophies in 1994. Sapp was selected in the first round of 1995 NFL draft by the Buccaneers, where he spent his first nine seasons. In his final four seasons, he was a member of the Oakland Raiders. Since 2024, he has served as a graduate assistant for the Colorado Buffaloes.
