Tigran Edmondovich Keosayan (January 4, 1966, Moscow — September 26, 2025, ibid.) was a Russian film director, screenwriter, producer, film and television actor, music video director, and television presenter of Armenian descent, known for his anti-Ukrainian, sexist, racist, chauvinistic statements and propaganda. Author and host of the Russian satirical political program "International Sawmill." Son of Soviet film director and screenwriter Edmond Keosayan, husband of Margarita Simonyan. In 2022, Armenia declared Keosayan persona non grata due to his propaganda statements and banned him from entering the country.
