Born September 5, 1996, Kevin Lau is a jack-of-all-trades filmmaker based in central Illinois, collaborating with Shatterglass Studios, The Line Film Co., and their joint production company Flyover Film Studios. With a bachelors in Cinema and a minor in Marketing from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, he has worked on projects such as the TV series Fargo and The Carbonaro Effect, as well as features including Black Mold (Tubi), Revealer (Shudder), Rising Phoenix (Netflix), Holiday Hold-Up (Peacock), and Visage Entertainment's first feature Brim, which was in partnership with Marvin Grey Matter Family showcasing how cognitive health plays a role in perpetuating political divides. He also produces The Filmographers Podcast, hosted by comic book writer Michael Moreci (Stranger Things/Star Wars/Rick & Morty) and novelist Keir Graff (Minerva Keen’s Detective Club/The Royal Game).
