Lukas Gevaert
Known for: Camera
Lukas Gevaert (2001) is a Director of Photography strongly focused on collaborating with auteur directors. Not adhering to a fixed visual style, he approaches films by searching for the cinematic language, textures and tools that best serve the director’s vision and story. His recent collaborations include “In Attesa Di Una Tempesta Solare” (Evi Cats - Film Fest Gent) and “Between Day and Dawn” (Lore Loyens - Go Short, Vienna Shorts). Exploring his own family dynamics, Lukas made his directorial debut with “Fruits de Merde” (Palm Springs International ShortFest).
