An Egyptian journalist, author and scriptwriter. He has been a professional journalist since 2004 and has worked in several positions, including assistant editor-in-chief of El Tahrir newspaper, and editor-in-chief of the weekly newspaper El Youm El Jadeed. He won the Journalists' Syndicate Award three times, and has published several books in satirical and travel literature. He co-wrote Rahim series, wrote the script for Free Fall series, and several episodes in I Dropped Dead series.
