Born in Caracas, Venezuela in 1996, he moved to Bogotá, Colombia in 2010 due to his country's situation, and in 2014 he arrived in Buenos Aires to study Image and Sound Design at UBA. Pacheco frequently explores the theme of migration as a sign of change, a theme evident in his first documentary project, "Chai," which participated in various events and festivals and won the Best Design award at Ventana Sur, Maquinitas (2022). Additionally, this theme is also present in his short film "Flux" (2022), which was part of the Pantalla UBA selection at BAFICI 2023. He is currently seeking to release his university thesis "Otecito" and in the development of his second stopmotion project "Orne Ornitorrinca, Impostor and the mystery of the electronic glove" which was already part of the SMOF2024 Laboratory and won the promotion scholarship to the arts of the municipality of Vicente López.
