Misrah Fatima Nizami (مصراہ فاطمہ نظامی) is a Pakistani indie filmmaker and Communication Design: Media graduate from the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture. She has worked at SOC Films under Academy Award winner Sharmeen Obaid Chinoy and served as a Post Producer and Research Associate on the investigative docu-series The Facets of Hate Speech. She also played a key role in developing a comprehensive digital archive called Pakistan’s Music Vault, in collaboration with Google Arts & Culture and the British Council. Her work spans direction, writing, production, and editing, with her 2023 thesis film CINERAMA earning international recognition. She is now co-producing a fantasy short called, Chand Pe Charkha Kaat'ti Budhiya. Through her company, Mehfil Films, she continues to create distinctive, heartfelt cinema.
