Kryzza Louise R. Ricaforte is a young Cagayano filmmaker and BA Communication student at Cagayan State University, working across directing, cinematography, and editing. Her experience spans both narrative and documentary filmmaking, taking on creative and technical roles throughout production, from development and shooting to post-production. She has worked on projects for cultural and environmental institutions, including collaborations with the National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) and the Mabuwaya Foundation. Her films and production work have been recognized in regional film festivals and student competitions, where she has served in various capacities as a director, cinematographer, editor, producer, and crew member. Alongside her independent film work, she remains actively involved in campus and community media, continuing to develop stories and productions that reflect the people, places, and experiences of Northern Luzon.
