Gifted with an Italian heritage, John was born on March 29, 1971. Generally most of John West's early work involved low-budget "gang bang" and "gonzo" styled scenes. He was married to the blond beauty Teri Starr from 1998-2000, with whom he appeared on screen a few times. During the course of his career, John West was nominated for AVN Awards during the years of 2004, 2006 and 2008. He retired from the business in 2009.
