Jacob Woodward attended John Paul the Great Catholic University and is in the graduating class of 2022. He studied Communications Media with a double emphasis in Production and Screenwriting. Upon graduating, he won the Cinematic Arts Award for his impactful storytelling while at the University. Jacob Woodward wrote and directed his senior project, The Purple Heart, which is a World War II Drama about forgiveness and loss. The 20 minute short film was produced on a $7,000 budget and won Best Short Film at LIFF. As a writer/director hybrid, he is a visual storyteller with the goal to craft content that is both entertaining and profound. In each script he writes, he searches for the humanity of each situation to tell a story that is personal to himself but universal to all.
