Shahran Morshed, is a film enthusiast and prospective young filmmaker. He made several short films and worked with other filmmakers. His short film 'Dhaka Diary' (2023) and 'Anatomy of a Wave' (2024) screened at Tent Biennale, Kolkata 2025 and 'Dhaka Diary' also compete in the experimental section at Hill Film Festival 2024. He is working independently till date. He worked as the chief assistant director in a Bengali Feature film which is now on post production. He is currently developing his first feature length film script and planning on a few more shorts. Besides, He is also working at the pre-production phase of his first feature length documentary series.
