A student filmmaker with 12 films to his name, Nate Tranell’s first public release — “The Sleepless Watch” (2025) — won Best Picture at State College Area High School’s SCOSCARS ceremony. Among his most recently released projects are "Catch Cathy" (2026) and won the SCOSCARS Best Picture and Best Director awards alongside co-writer/director Isabella Zeman for "The Fall of the Nighthawk" (2026). He plans to pursue Film Production at Penn State University.
