Ronald Cheng Chung-Kei (Chinese: 鄭中基, born 9 March 1972) is a Hong Kong singer and actor. His father, Norman Cheng (鄭東漢), is the chairperson and CEO of EMI, and formerly of the Asia Pacific division of PolyGram and then Universal Music. Cheng is an outstanding balladeer talent. With his impeccable singing style and a simple appearance, he sketches the attitude of modern men towards love. Yet he left the music industry in order to pursue as a comedic actor, and won the Best Supporting Actor award for his performance in the comedy Vulgaria (2012).
