Synopsis
A former national security agent, haunted by his comrade’s death, retreats into a quiet life as a fish vendor. But when duty calls, he goes undercover in a Taiwanese gang to expose a smuggling network, only to find himself caught between violent turf wars and the high-stakes dangers of espionage.
