Synopsis

The protagonist, Ryuhei Oyamada, is a successful manager at a housing company. After a major project, he is unexpectedly transferred to lead the "Ceremonial Services Department," a role he initially sees as a demotion. He struggles to adapt to his new duties, which involve organizing weddings and funerals for company employees.
