Synopsis
Abandoned and desperate, Lu Chayao sets fire to her grandmother’s courtyard, where she encounters the wounded heir Lu Shiye. Taking her in with ulterior motives, Shiye plans to use her to upend the balance between their feuding families—but her defiance soon pulls him into something far deeper. As schemes intertwine and loyalties blur, the two join forces, turning manipulation into partnership as they destroy their enemies and fight to protect each other.
