Synopsis

A psychological horror story following Fuminori Sakisaka, a medical student who survives a tragic car accident that kills his parents and leaves him with severe perceptual distortions after experimental brain surgery. The world appears to him as a grotesque, fleshy nightmare. Except for one mysterious girl named Saya, who seems 'normal' in his altered vision. As their relationship deepens, dark secrets unravel in this Lovecraftian tale of madness, love, and horror.
