Synopsis

Stanislav Vinogradov, a general practitioner at the district polyclinic, has been participating in the lottery for a green card for nine years. He harbors the illusion that one day his life will turn into the embodiment of the glossy American dream — with beautiful houses, green lawns and smiling people in shorts and baseball caps.
