In Homicide, in a neo-impressionist style (Dulac, Epstein, Kirsanoff), a cyclical structure presents the parallel destinies of characters with hieratic behavior, having no links between them. They symbolize "states": the heterosexual couple, the homosexual couple, female solitude, offering few prospects of happiness or fulfillment.
