Misty awakes with a cold in a bed unfamiliar to her. At the foot of the bed, the owner of the place, Ashton, obsessively attends to her. He claims to have saved Misty from an accident in which she drove her car into a lake. Misty has no memory of this event and questions why she would act in such a way in the first place.
