Tonight two Docklands residents, both 26 years old, tell their stories. Anthony Mayhew , a newcomer, is a well-paid City trader. He likes his new home - it's convenient for work, a good investment, and there's plenty of windsurfing and water ski-ing nearby. Terry Johns, born in Docklands, works in a City ironmonger's shop. He and his wife, Marie, are having their first child. There's little chance of finding a bigger council flat. The new wealth fosters resentment.
