Every Good Friday, the inhabitants of Burzet, in Ardèche, redo the Way of the Cross of Christ's Passion. In 1992, the filmmaker Jean-Pierre Bozon filmed this ceremony at length and met the main characters of this way of the cross, seven centuries old. Gérard Courant gathered and edited the rushes of this shoot and made five films.
