Liang Cheng, a famous singer, is nominated for two awards - but so is her rival, Mang Lanzhi. Meanwhile, on the digital front, streamer Herman (aka student Lu Jing) succeeds in his mission quickly so he can watch his idol's awards show.

Frustrated and unable to compose, Liang Chen escapes into the game. She finds out that her guide is Herman, a renown gamer, and that he is a fan of hers. Herman finds out that she collects items for him, not for herself.

Lu Jing learns that his idol likes watching his streams. He sees Liang Chen at a restaurant and tries to return an earring that she lost. Herman records a clip of her game-play for his collection.
